after work

On Sunday Minnie is flirtatious. In the walled garden she sits pertly on a volunteer's lap while we assorted old hippies and lefties raise a gazebo for the Open Day. The woman doing the organising tells me she thinks gardens are for plants not people. She is very friendly.
